Air suspension bearings mainly include radial bearings and thrust bearings and other components. Before starting, there is physical contact between the rotating shaft and the bearing. During starting, the rotating shaft and the bearing move relative to each other to form a hydrodynamic field, and this hydrodynamic force forms a floating force in the radial bearing. The buoyancy force makes the rotating shaft in suspension and achieves the purpose of rotating freely. This kind of bearing is different from the traditional ball bearing, there is no physical contact point between the rotating shaft and the bearing during operation, so it does not need lubricating oil, low energy loss, high efficiency, and is suitable for a variety of working environments. This technique can be applied to high-power and high-speed machinery with speeds up to 100,000 rpm. After strict testing, it shows that the starting times of the bearing can reach more than 20,000 times, which fully meets the design and practical application requirements.
